A TRAINING LESSON WITH THE PARTICIPATION OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE “TRT AVAZ” TV CHANNEL WAS HELD
On October 13, 2025, a training lesson was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of the Director of the “TRT Avaz” Television Channel of the Republic of Turkiye, Yujel Kylychkaya. The event was attended by the students of higher educational institutions of our country, particularly from Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development, as well as students of the Faculty of Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
As is well known, the Turkish Radio and Television Corporation (TRT) has been actively cooperating with our country for many years. The organization also has a representative office in Ashgabat. In this regard, TV channels such as “TRT Avaz,” “TRT Haber,” and “TRT World” attract the attention of the international community by broadcasting materials that reflect the culture, art, and great achievements of the Turkmen people.
In this regard, the Director of “TRT Avaz” acquainted the participants with various aspects of Turkish journalism, shared the experience gained in different fields, and provided information about the activities carried out by the “TRT Avaz” Television Channel. The representative of the “TRT” broadcasting company in Turkmenistan, Ugur Sami Gezer, also took part in the lesson. During the meeting, students asked questions of interest and enriched their knowledge in the field of journalism.
The Turkish journalists also got acquainted with the National School of Turkmen Diplomacy. The guests demonstrated great interest in the Educational Studio operating within the scientific and creative association “Young Journalists” and the editorial office of the electronic newspaper “Voice of the Young Diplomat.” They expressed deep gratitude to Hero Arkadag and Hero Arkadagly Serdar for the warm hospitality and the high level of organization of the planned events.
