The Awarding Ceremony for MTCP Alumni
On 21 December, 2023, the Awarding Ceremony for MTCP Alumni, who have participated in online course for Malaysian Technical Cooperation Programme (MTCP) was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, together with the MTCP Secretariat, and representatives the Embassy of Malaysia in Ashgabat. In this regard, during the awarding ceremony, the Ambassador of Malaysia H.E. Mohd Suhaimi Bin Ahmad Tajuddin congratulated the lecturers, who actively participated in the MTCP programs during the last academic year, organized by the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan together with English Language Teaching Centre (ELTC) of Malaysia. The purpose of the online course is to teach the instructors how to develop the teaching skills through interactive classroom lectures, discussions, and simulated exercises using online learning. The methodology for online learning and training is through the usage of Skype or any online methods.
The online course was of importance and provided a good opportunity for lecturers to get acquainted with new online techniques as well as various exercises using online learning.
