Entrepreneurship on the Way to Development
On April 13, 2022, the opening ceremony of the exhibition and the conference of the members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan dedicated to the 14th anniversary of its establishment was held at the Exhibition Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the capital city Ashgabat. At the annual exhibition, about 200 pavilions of leading companies in various fields of the private sector have been installed.
The exhibition is dedicated to agriculture, food industry, industrial production, construction materials, and electrical equipment, trade, tourism, science and education, IT, services, transport and logistics, Turkmen national carpet products, folk crafts and other private businesses and business associations show their achievements.
According to Kakaly Geldiyev, Director of the “Gündogar şöhlesi” Economic Association, who took an active part in the exhibition, he said, “I started producing “Nusga” pens in Ak Bugday district in 2021. The farm currently produces 4 types of ink and 3 types of ink pens. These pens are manufactured and exported to the Russian Federation. In the future, it is planned to produce not only pens, but also others, various pencils, pencil sharpening and other stationery.”
Entrepreneur K.Geldiyev noted that in 2020 he started fruit growing in Kaka district. According to him, it is planned to export various fruits to the markets of our country and export them.
Private entrepreneurs participating in the exhibition expressed their gratitude to the President for his tireless support from the state.
