CONGRATULATIONS ON NEW ACADEMIC YEAR!
September 1. Today is a day that children and young people look forward to. For the school children, as well as for the first year students of universities that pave the way for the future, start of a new academic year has become a unique celebration. The celebrations on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth celebrated this year in the secondary, vocational and higher education institutions of the country were held widely.
The Day of Knowledge and Student Youth has been also widely celebrated at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The reading out of congratulatory letter of our highly esteemed President to schoolchildren, students, teachers and educators of our country on the occasion of the Day of Knowledge and Student Youth by the Director of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan Yagmyr Nuryev further enhanced atmosphere of cerebration. The Rector of the Institute, Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, made a speech on the new directions of the Institute established within the framework of the policy pursued by the President aimed at the development of science and education. He also congratulated the faculty and students of the Institute on the beginning of the new academic year and wished them great success. The speech of the head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Amangeldi Rahmanov inspired the students to study with great enthusiasm.
The policy of our highly esteemed President in the Year Turkmenistan is Homeland of Peace and Trust directed at development of all sectors of the country and further strengthening of international relations was reflected in the literary and musical composition of the first year students.
May the work of our esteemed President, who makes great efforts to develop science and education in our country, discover new talents and strengthen friendly relations with the countries of the world, continue to thrive!
