IMPACTFUL MEETING WAS HELD
On May 20, 2026, a meeting was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan between Gulshat Yusupova, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and Jassim Mohammed Al-Attar, Chargé d’Affaires of the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the parties discussed organizing specialized Arabic language classes, expanding international experience, and identifying the main directions of bilateral cooperation. They also exchanged views on promising areas for the future development of bilateral relations.
As part of the visit, a joint tour of the institute was organized for the honored guest. The diplomat visited the Museum “History of Turkmen Diplomacy” and the UNESCO Club “Culture of Peace” both operating within the institute, where the distiguished guest was presented the valuable information and exhibits there.
This meeting and tour left a highly favorable impression on the honored guest.
