CASPIAN - SEA OF COOPERATION
On April 4, 2023, course on water diplomacy was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The seminar was conducted by Gulshirin Charyguliyeva, a representative of the Caspian Sea Institute of Turkmenistan. The topic of the lesson is "Cooperation in the Caspian Sea. Achievements and opportunities". During the training session, the representative and the students exchanged interesting questions and answers.
Gulshirin Charyguliyeva spoke about the country's most important contribution for the development of cooperation between the Caspian countries in various fields of industry. As you know, our country has made a proposal to develop an agreement on the conservation and rational use of aquatic biological resources of the Caspian Sea. Cooperation between the Caspian littoral countries not only contributes to the development of the economy of each country, but also contributes to the establishment of long-term relations based on mutual trust.
