A TRAINING COURSE ON WATER DIPLOMACY WAS HELD
On December 17, 2025, a training course on "The International Significance of the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries" was held at the Institute of International relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. It was held within the framework of Water Diplomacy, and was organized by the Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan.
The course was led by Gulshirin Charygulyeva, Deputy Head of the Legal and Special Issues Department of the Caspian Sea Institute of Turkmenistan. The course included a detailed discussion of the significance of the Avaza Political Declaration, adopted at the Third United Nations Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries.
At the end of the course, students exchanged views with an expert on topics of interest and got proper answers.
