AN EXHIBITION AND CONFERENCE DEDICATED TO THE 16TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE UNION OF INDUSTRIALISTS AND ENTREPRENEURS
On March 17-19, 2024, at the Expo Center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, a large-scale exhibition continues, presenting the achievements and opportunities of the private sector of the national economy, opened dedicated to the 16th anniversary of the formation of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. At the exhibition, 230 companies presented their products and services. Among them are companies engaged in agriculture, construction, trade, education and the high-tech, as well as industry and food, transport and communications sectors. Students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan were attended at this exhibition.
According to the «Program of the President of Turkmenistan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Country in 2022–2028», favorable conditions are created for the effective work of entrepreneurs in all areas.
One of the key aspects of this Program is comprehensive support for the development of small and medium-sized businesses. In this context, the main goals for the current year include the formation of a favorable business environment, accelerating the transition to market relations, expanding the range of business activities in various sectors, as well as the development of various forms of public-private partnerships and privatization of state property.
