THE ONLINE WEBINAR WAS HELD
On October 9, 2025, a webinar was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the topic “Scientific and Philosophical Doctrine of Peacemaking Concept in the Books of Our Hero Arkadag” through the digital network.
The event was organized on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s Permanent Neutrality and the proclamation of 2025 as the “Year of International Peace and Trust” by the United Nations General Assembly. The webinar was conducted in accordance with the Concept of Turkmenistan’s activities and priorities during “The International Year of Peace and Trust”. Professors, students, and master’s degree students from higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of the country took part in the event.
O. Eyeberdiyeva, Senior Lecturer at the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan conducted the webinar. In her speech, she spoke in detail about how Turkmenistan, as a permanently Neutral state, actively implements its efforts to strengthen peace, promote mutually beneficial cooperation, and build trust at the international level.
As the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Hero Arkadag, has noted: “The step taken in favor of neutrality has confirmed that our young state is taking a responsible approach not only to the fate of its own people but also to the destiny of all humankind.”
In general, there is no doubt that the comprehensive presentation on the topic “Scientific and Philosophical Doctrine of Peacemaking Concept in the Books of Our Hero Arkadag” will help students further deepen their knowledge in this important field.
