SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE HELD VIA DIGITAL SYSTEMS
On September 26, 2025, a scientific seminar titled “International Personal Authentication Systems for Scientists” was held at the Institute of Engineering, Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan.
Teachers from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as professors and lecturers from other universities of the country participated via digital video communication.
Speakers emphasized that in Turkmenistan, State support for the development of science is steadily increasing, favorable conditions are being created for conducting fundamental and applied research, for expanding the scope of advanced developments, for strengthening the material and technical base of scientific institutions and higher education establishments, and for introducing modern information and communication technologies into their work. They also highlighted that the scientific system of our country is being developed in accordance with international standards, its legal and material base is being consolidated, and wide opportunities are being created for conducting research in important areas of science and for training highly qualified specialists.
At the seminar, detailed discussions were held on the methods of publishing articles by teachers and specialists in international-level journals, the importance of article preparation, and its significance in the global scientific community. The organized seminar was valuable in enhancing the theoretical knowledge of participants and in enabling them to master modern scientific-technological approaches and the results of advanced research activities.
