AN EDUCATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SEMINAR WAS HELD
On May 26, 2025, an online educational and methodological seminar on the topic “Characteristics of the Impact Factor in International Indexed Journals” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Faculty members of the Institute, along with representatives from other higher education institutions across the country, actively participated in the seminar through the digital network.
The seminar aimed at promoting to understand the international scientific and technical information platforms, the publication of articles in journals indexed by these platforms, and various bibliometric indicators. It also sought to coordinate efforts in publishing articles in prestigious international indexed journals. This training was part of the 2025 Roadmap, which outlined measures to support and encourage academic staff in publishing their work in reputable international scientific and technical databases.
The effectiveness of the seminar was enhanced by providing in-depth information on current topics related to various aspects of preparing scientific papers. This educational and methodological seminar played an important role in improving students’ theoretical knowledge and fostering their understanding of modern scientific and technological solutions, as well as the results of cutting-edge research.
