A SCIENTIFIC-CREATIVE CONFERENCE WAS HELD
On December 19, 2025, a scientific and creative conference entitled “Digital Technologies and Science Diplomacy” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. A representative of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, as well as the faculty members, students and graduate students of the institute attended it.
During the conference, M. Kuliyev, a representative of the Institute of State, Law, and Democracy of Turkmenistan, highlighted Turkmenistan’s key activities in implementing digital technologies in science and education. H. Nurmammedov, a lecturer of the Department of World Languages of the Institute, also spoke in detail about science diplomacy and its role in modern international relations.
The speakers also discussed the potential of digital technologies, their current role, and significance. They also noted that Turkmenistan, which pursues an active policy in science and technology, attaches great importance to international cooperation in science diplomacy.
The work of the scientific-creative conference was successfully concluded, and its participants expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag, and our Arkadagly Hero Serdar, who are making tremendous efforts to ensure a prosperous life for the Turkmen people and further strengthen the international prestige of our country.
