Welcome, new school year!
January brings the new year, and September marks the beginning of the new academic school year. September 1 — The Day of Knowledge and Student Youth Day! As usual, on the first day of autumn, the first bell rang announcing the start of the 2023-2024 school year in secondary, special secondary and higher education schools of the country.
The celebrations were also widely held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Early in the morning, the square in front of the institute was filled with celebration and high spirits.The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov read congratulation letter of the President of Turkmenistan to the schoolchildren, students, teachers and education workers of the country on the occasion of The Day of Knowledge and Student Youth Day. It was particularly effective for the students of the Turkmen National School of Diplomacy. The rector of the institute, Jumamyrat Gurbangeldiyev, made a speech and emphasized that the concern for the young generation at the state level is bearing fruit.
In the literary and musical composition performed by the students who entered the institute for the first time at the event, giving a great place to the literary image of Magtymguly Pyragy and his unique poems were very important during the preparation for the 300th anniversary of the poet's birth. This was a clear expression of the students' deep interest in the creativity of the great thinker of the East. The flying of white doves as a symbol of peace, hearty pride expressed in different languages added to the excitement of the celebration. The winners of the second season of the "Young Messengers of Peace" intelligence competition, organized by the School of Young Diplomats, added a pleasant touch to the ceremony. According to the original tradition, the graduate students of the institute presented a unique sign of entry into the world of science and a student certificate to the newly admitted students.
Exciting minutes arrived - the first bell announced the start of the new school year. After these wonderful moments, the students took part in the first lesson of the new academic year, which was held under the name " Happy Youth Year with Arkadag Serdar ".
