CERTIFICATE AWARD CEREMONY WAS HELD
On June 19, 2026, a Certificate Award Ceremony was held for students who successfully completed elective courses in accordance with the approved curriculum for the 2025–2026 academic year at the key diplomatic training centers of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. These centers include Water Diplomacy, Transport Diplomacy, Energy Diplomacy, Preventive Diplomacy, and Economic Diplomacy, as well as the Scientific-Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals.
Within the framework of these centers, high-level professionals and international experts conducted lectures and interactive seminars on various topics, such as: “International Initiatives of Turkmenistan in the Field of Water Diplomacy”, “The Significance of the UN Special Programme for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA)”, “Political and Economic Aspects of Energy Diplomacy”, “Modern Mechanisms of Preventive Diplomacy in the Central Asian Region”, “Current Issues of Modern Economic Diplomacy”, and “UN Sustainable Development Goals and Their Significance”. During the ceremony, certificates were presented to 104 students who actively participated in the elective courses at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
At the conclusion of the event, the participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, and to Arkadagly Hero Serdar for providing extensive opportunities for the youth to receive high-quality education during this era of grand transformations.
