Degree: Ph.D. in History, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan, Great Diplomat of Turkmenistan, professor
Faculty: International Relations.
In 1967 he graduated from the Turkmen State University with a degree in Foreign Languages. From 2008 to 2014 he worked as a senior lecturer in the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Since 2014, he has been working as a Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Courses taught: Fundamentals of Diplomatic Service, United Nations and its system.
