CEREMONY OF PRESENTING TURKMEN CITIZENSHIP PASSPORTS AND RESIDENCE PERMITS
On 25th September, a ceremony of presenting the turkmen citizenship passport to stateless people and foreign residences, in accordance with the Decree and Resolution signed by our esteemed President, premiting to reside in Turkmenistan.
This event highlighted our State's commitment to providing care and support for everyone, including stateless persons. In 2024, thousands of stateless individuals became citizens of Turkmenistan, demonstrating the nation's dedication to humanitarian policies.
On occasion of celebration of Independence, Turkmen citizenship was granted to 1,146 stateless individual and 134 foreigners received residence permits. These people express their gratitude to our esteemed President for his humanitrian at act wish him success of his great initiatives to benefit the people and the country, which will continue to bring prosperity!
