AN EDUCATIONAL SEMINAR ENTITLED «DIPLOMACY OF THE PARTHIAN EMPIRE AND THEIR DIPLOMATIC TRADITIONS, AS WELL AS THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ART OF HORSE BREEDING IN NISA» WAS HELD
On March 6, 2026, an educational seminar entitled «Diplomacy of the Parthian Empire and Their Diplomatic Traditions, as well as the Development of the art of horse breeding in Nisa» was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, organized by the School of Young Diplomats, It was attended by Mahriban Garayeva, a lecturer of the Department of Social Studies of our institute, and members of the School of Young Diplomats.
During the seminar, M.Garayeva informed the students about the foreign policy and diplomatic traditions of the Parthian Empire, as well as about written sources regarding the antiquity of the breed of Nisa horses.
The regular holding of such seminars in the national school of Turkmen diplomacy is one of great importance in developing additional knowledge skills among student youth.
