A TRAINING SEMINAR FOR LAW FACULTY
On May 1, 2024, a training seminar, to enhance the skills of students on governing the rules of society, to provide state guarantees for the protection of intellectual property, and to improve the legislation against money laundering, organized by Council of Young Scientists, was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. Professors and students of the International Law Faculty of the institute attended the lesson and was conducted by Seitmet Bayamov, an experienced lawyer, a lecturer at the Department of Criminal Law of Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly.
During his speech, he talked about the legal basis of intellectual property protection, state regulation, the World organization of intellectual property and its functions, and he noted about increasing capacity of the intellectual property system in Turkmenistan.
