A tour of the world of nationalities.
On May 2, 2024, a trip to the National Museum of Turkmen carpets was organized with the participation of schoolchildren and students who are staff members of the School of Young Diplomats of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
During the tour, the specialists of the National Museum of Turkmen Carpets introduced the interior of the museum and Turkmen carpets, which are considered wonderful works of art. The Turkmen carpets are considered to be valuable and have left an indelible mark in history. Also, Suray Akmyradowa, the teacher of the Department of Social Studies of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as well as specialists of the National Museum of Turkmen Carpets, members of the School of Young Diplomats, noted about the five-thousand-year history of Turkmen carpets, the types of beautiful carpets that are our sacred nationality, inherited from our grandmothers, they exchanged opinions about the meaning of the names of each of the patterns given to them.
Those who took part in these trips expressed their happiness, saying that the regular organization of such trips has a great impact on the development of the knowledge and skills of the members of the School of Young Diplomats , who are the future representatives of Turkmen diplomacy.
