THE IMPROVEMENT OF NATIONAL ECONOMY BASED ON SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT PRINCIPLES
The coordinator of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and the lecturer of the Department of International Economic Relations, Nazar Meredov, conducted an elective class with the participation of students from the Institute.
Today, Turkmenistan is among the countries with an open economy that are actively developing in the investment and industrial sectors. According to sustainable development results, Turkmenistan has secured a notable place among nations with rapidly growing economies. According to evaluations by reputable international institutions such as the World Bank, Turkmenistan has been recognized as an upper-middle-income country. It was also noted that the active involvement of the non-state sector in investment projects is one of the key areas of national economic development.
The class was highly informative for the students, and they received answers to the questions that interested them.
