International Fair of Crafts and Technologies
From November 30 to December 2 of this year, a fair of handicrafts and technologies will be held in Tashkent at the Uzexpocentre, which is organized on the initiative of the President of Uzbekistan. It will be attended by artisans from foreign countries - Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Afghanistan, Pakistan, including international companies such as Novica, Wildberries, and Alibaba, a CraftmeetsDesign, iHunar. The fair is held in order to promote the handicraft potential of Uzbekistan and promote the export of products of Uzbek artisans.
It is worth noting that distinguished guests and participants will be able to take a direct part in the processes of making clay jugs, weaving silk fabrics, embroidering skullcaps. There will be an opportunity to purchase unique products of the schools of embroidery, pottery, copper, woodcarving, which reflect the beauty and originality of the country.
Master classes are expected at the event from famous masters: Zaur Takhir Mukhammedov, potters Alisher Narzullaev and Shokir Akhmadzhanov, embroiderer Akhmad Arabov, weaver Ibragim Sultanov.
