A MEETING WAS HELD WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE CENTRAL ASIAN YOUTH DIALOGUE
On March 12, 2026, a meeting within the framework of the Central Asian Youth Dialogue was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan on the topic “Youth Diplomacy of the Central Asian Region: From Initiatives to Joint Action.”
The event was opened with welcoming remarks by Gulshat Yusupova, Rector of the Institute. Moreover, Nurlan Nogayev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Turkmenistan; Azizbek Madmarov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkmenistan; Vafo Niyatbekzoda, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Tajikistan to Turkmenistan and Ravshanbek Alimov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Turkmenistan took part in the forum and addressed the participants.
During the meeting, presentations were delivered by Gulnabat Gurdova, Head of the International Department of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, as well as representatives of the delegations of the above-mentioned countries.
The forum served as an important platform for exchanging professional experience and promoting dialogue on current issues of the regional agenda. The organization of the meeting directly contributes to strengthening and expanding multilateral cooperation among the young diplomats of the Central Asian countries.
Such meetings contribute to the formation of a new generation of specialists committed to constructive dialogue, good-neighborly relations and mutual trust.
