A TRAINING SESSION WAS HELD
On March 18, 2025, a training session was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan dedicated to the declaration of 2025 as the “Year 2025 – Year of International Peace and Trust” and prominent representatives of Turkmen diplomacy. The session was conducted by Begench Karayev, senior lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Candidate of Philosophy Sciences. The training session was conducted by the School of Young Diplomats in collaboration with specialized secondary school № 68 named after Annaniyaz Artyk participated in the training session.
At the beginning of the session, senior lecturer Begench Karayev emphasized the glorious history of Turkmen diplomacy, and also Turkmen sultans and diplomats who were good at using the tools of diplomacy to strengthen peace, friendship and unity among peoples. He also talked about the Bilge Khan, the Sultans of Great Seljuk State Alp Arlsan, Malik shah and Sultan Sanjar who made a great contribution to maintain friendly and beneficial relations with neighboring nations and states.
At the end of his speech, the senior lecturer noted that the foreign policy initiatives of an Independent, permanently Neutral Turkmenistan support peace, equality, and friendly cooperation in the world.
