GOALS AND OBJECTIVES ARE CLEAR
On September 30, 2022, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the participation of the faculties of the institute was held a conference in order to familiarize themselves with the "Concept of the foreign policy of Neutral Turkmenistan for 2022-2028" and its implementation. During the conference, the significance of major projects in the energy, transport and communication sectors of Turkmenistan, as well as the important tasks facing our institute in these areas were discussed. This document describes new tasks and approaches to the implementation of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan for the next seven years, and notes that they are based on five strategic directions of the foreign policy of a neutral state. Particular attention in this document is also paid to the development of digital diplomacy and ensuring information cyber security.
