A FESTIVE EVENT WAS HELD
On March 17, 2025, in honor of the National Spring Holiday – International
Nowruz Day, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign
Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a musical and creative event titled “Mähir Siňen
Mirasym”. The event was organized in collaboration with the institute’s first
Women’s Organization, first Youth Organization, the scientific-creative circle
“Young Journalists” under the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism,
and the Miras TV and Radio Channel.
The event was attended by professors of the Institute of International
Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, members of the
artistic group, and students with a deep interest in creative arts.
During the event, speakers discussed the history and uniqueness of Nowruz,
one of humanity’s oldest celebrations, as well as its distinctive traditions and the
national heritage of the Turkmen people. The artistic group performed songs
composed to the poetry of prominent Turkmen literary figures, praising the
national heritage and the arrival of spring. The engaging speeches and the beautiful
musical performances left a lasting and pleasant impression on the attendees.
