A Collection of Scientific Articles by Masters
From the inception of its sovereignty, Turkmenistan, adhering to widely accepted international norms, has systematically established amicable, peaceful, and cooperative relations with countries worldwide. Through the implementation of its “Open Doors” policy, Turkmenistan has effectively positioned itself as a prominent actor on the international stage, known for its significant global and regional initiatives. In recent years, numerous initiatives by Turkmenistan have garnered substantial support from the international community. In this context, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, as the nation’s sole educational institution dedicated to diplomacy, plays a pivotal role in advancing our foreign policy. This policy is grounded in the philosophy of neutrality, which the Institute actively promotes both domestically and internationally. The publication of the collection of scientific articles showcases master’s research topics from disciplines such as “Digital Diplomacy,” “Marketing and Strategic Planning,” “Oriental Studies,” “Private International Law,” “International Community Law,” “International Economy,” and “Political Communication and Internet Journalism” for the 2023-2024 academic year at the institute. This marks the first publication of such a scholarly collection, underscoring a significant milestone in academic discourse and research dissemination within these specialized disciplines. The new collection has been organized into chapters corresponding to each of the master’s program areas. The articles presented in the compilation discuss various contemporary issues in international relations, with a predominant focus on highlighting the achievements of independent and permanently neutral Turkmenistan within the international diplomatic framework. The collection of articles titled “Urgent Issues of Contemporary International Relations” has been published by the “Ylym” (Science) publishing house of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. This compilation comprises over 60 scientific articles addressing current challenges within the field of international relations. There is no doubt that this collection, dedicated to the topical issues of contemporary international relations, will attract the attention of not only the scientific community but also readers interested in such issues.
