Karayev Begench Saparovich
Dr. Karayev graduated from the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Construction in 1980 with a degree in mechanical engineering
Since 2013, he has been working as a senior lecturer in the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Courses taught: Priority Areas of Diplomacy in Turkmenistan, Geopolitical Analysis and Strategic Planning, Theory of International Relations, Globalization and World Politics, Geopolitics.
