A creative meeting was held
On March 14, 2023, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, representatives of the international media met with students of the Faculty of International Journalism. The meeting was organized by the scientific and creative circle "Young Journalist" of the Faculty of International Journalism.
The meeting was attended by: Deputy Director of the International Relations Department of the State Committee for Television, Radio and Cinematography of Turkmenistan Maysa Saparova, Editor-in-Chief of the Türkmenistan TV channel Sahra Akhmedova, Editor-in-Chief of the Watan news program Dovlet Inerov, Director of the International Information Center of Turkmenistan Takhyr Khodjaev; executive secretary of the newspaper "Türkmen dünýäsi" Dovrangeldi Agaliyev, photojournalist Meretdurdy Roziev. The meeting was also attended by representatives of foreign news agencies operating in our country. Among them are TASS correspondent Oleg Paulenko, RIA Novosti correspondent Amangeldi Nurmyradov, Associated Press-USA correspondent Alexander Vershinin.
Journalists of the country shared their experience with future journalists. In particular, the guests spoke in detail about the role of online journalism, print journalism and television journalism in today's digital age, the features of posting information on the Internet. Also, students had the opportunity to ask their questions. This meeting gave impetus to improve the skills of students who will become international journalists in the future.
