A meeting has been held with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Turkmenistan
On April 22, 2022, a meeting, on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India, has been held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Turkmenistan Vidhu Pithambaran Nair.
During the meeting, the Ambassador noted that from the first days of the establishment of diplomatic relations, special attention has been paid to the development of long-term and mutually beneficial cooperation between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India in all fields. In particular, the Ambassador emphasized the prospects for expanding cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, educational, cultural and other spheres. The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of India to Turkmenistan also noted that the "India Corner" opened on April 3, 2022 with the participation of the President of the Republic of India will further enhance the students' interest in India.
