An impressive lesson with the “Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan”
On March 29, 2024, the «Preventive diplomacy» Training Center for Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, hosted a training lesson on «The main directions of the foreign policy of Neutral Turkmenistan».
The training course was conducted by Amangeldi Rahmanov, Head of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan, the holder of the distinguished title “Master Diplomat of Turkmenistan”. Professor A.Rahmanov provided a detailed explanation of the «Concept of the Foreign Policy of Neutral Turkmenistan for the period 2022 to 2028», highlighting the main objectives outlined in the document.
Furthermore, Professor A.Rahmanov emphasized the significance that Turkmenistan ascribes to Preventive diplomacy and activities undertaken in this field. In addition, he provided precious counsel to students, drawing upon his own diplomatic experience as an illustrative example.
At the conclusion of the instructional tutorial, students were afforded the opportunity to pose their inquiries.
