ONLINE SEMINAR ON TRAINING IN INTERNATIONAL FINANCE AND ARBITRATION WAS HELD
On April 3, 2025, a training seminar was held with the participation of a delegation from the Astana International Financial Center and the Court of the International Arbitration Center. The teachers and students of the law faculties of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for Humanities and Development, and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan attended to it.
During the training seminar, various aspects of arbitration courts were discussed in detail, particularly the resolution of economic disputes arising between government agencies, legal entities, and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities, as well as other procedural matters.
The online training seminar with foreign experts in international finance and arbitration proved to be very effective for students. The students found answers to their questions they were interested in.
