“ROUND TABLE” MEETING
On October 21, 2025, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan a round table meeting was held via the digital system between our Institute and the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy, which was dedicated to the 32nd anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Turkmenistan and Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
The event was participated from Turkmen side Gulshat Yusupova, Rector of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan , Aygozel Ovezova, Senior lecturer and Head of the UNESCO Club "Culture of Peace" of the Institute , Nazar Meredov, Lecturer and Coordinator of the SDG Center of the Institute , as well as from Jordan side Haifa Al-Khraisha, Director of the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy and Ambassador of the Jordanian Foreign Ministry , Bashar Darwazeh, Minister Plenipotentiary and Razan Alsaket, Second secretary.
During the meeting, the participants discussed key aspects of cooperation between the two institutes and explored prospects for the development of Turkmen-Jordanian relations in the fields of education and science.
At the end of the round table, the participants highlighted unique potential of Turkmenistan as a permanently neutral state and its vital, constructive role in political, economic, and humanitarian affairs. They also exchanged mutual best wishes.
