Lecture on Negotiation Processes and Proficiency and Inclusive Participation in Promoting Peace and Security
On December 7, 2021, the event which is the continuation of the lecture on “Negotiation Processes and Proficiency and Inclusive Participation in Promoting Peace and Security” within the framework of the Centre’s project “Promoting OSCE early warning instruments within the context of the permanent neutrality policy of Turkmenistan” under
“The plan of projects to be implemented by the Government of Turkmenistan together with OSCE Centre in Ashgabat in 2021” was organized by the OSCE Centre in Ashgabat. The students and teaching staff of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the International University for the Humanities and Development participated in this lecture. Tracey Jacobson, Ambassador from USA made a speech on the thematic lecture “Women in Diplomacy: Making Difference and Overcoming Challenges”. She made a speech in detail about the role of women in diplomacy and the adversity that they may face within their professional activities.
