A SEMINAR TITLED “MY INDEPENDENT MOTHERLAND – THE LAND OF HAPPINESS” WAS HELD
On March 6, 2026, a thematic seminar titled “My Independent Motherland – the Land of Happiness” was held in honor of the motto of the year and International Women's Day at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, with the participation of 3rd year students of the Faculty of International Relations of the Institute. It was conducted by Chemen Bayriyeva, a senior lecturer from the Department of World Languages.
At the beginning of this thematic seminar, the senior lecturer shared insightful information regarding the remarkable achievements over the years of Independence and its dynamic progress in all spheres of public life. She also highlighted the profound respect for women in our country, the extensive opportunities created for them, and the role of women in modern diplomacy.
The main goal of the thematic seminar was to further strengthen the patriotic spirit and national pride of young people. During the seminar, students made presentations on the achievements of the country and history of International Women's Day. They also spoke about the invaluable contributions of women to strengthening a culture of peace dialogue, and mutual understanding on the international stage, and also recited poems dedicated to our beloved mothers. The seminar also featured an intellectual quiz,where students demonstrated their in-depth knowledge by answering questions concerning the topic. The students demonstrated exceptional preparation, and the seminar concluded in an atmosphere of lively academic exchange and creative exploration.
At the end of the seminar, students expressed their deep gratitude to Hero Arkadag and the Honorable President Arkadagly Hero Serdar for their comprehensive support of young people and the creation of conditions for obtaining a modern, high-quality education. They also sincerely wished Hero Arkadag and the Honorable President, Arkadagly Hero Serdar sound health, and new achievements in their extensive work for the benefit of the prosperity of the Motherland.
