SCIENTIFIC AND PRACTICAL CONFERENCE ON THE TOPIC “HEROIC INDEPENDENCE IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF LOYALTY TO THE FATHERLAND”
On May 6, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a scientific and practical conference on the occasion of the 79th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945, on the topic “Heroic independence is a great example of loyality to the fatherland”. The meeting was attended by employee of the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, lecturers and students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and other higher educational institutions, students and schoolchildren who are active members of the school of “Young Diplomats”.
Meretguly Tangiyev, researcher at the Institute of State, Law and Democracy of Turkmenistan, Oguloraz Eyberdiyeva, senior lecturer at the Department of Theory and Practice of Journalism at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Enejan Orazmyradova, a teacher at the Department of World Languages and Merjen Ashyrowa, the 3rd year student of faculty of International Journalism, took part in the general meeting of the conference . After the general meeting of the Scientific and Practical Council continued to work at the departments. “Peace, security and sustainable development are the main directions of the foreign policy of Turkmenistan”, “In the circle of the philosophy of patriotism”, “The courage of patriotic heroism - in comparison with younger generations”, “The Great Victory is an indelible example of heroism and patriotism”, many speeches were made about the importance and the impact of peace, security and economic development in our time.
In 1941-1945, which went down in world history as a very tragic period, our valiant compatriots, who firmly followed these sacred norms, united with representatives of fraternal peoples, showed a high example of courage and patriotism on various battlefields, and earned the respect of generations. Preserving the freedom and independence of the Motherland, the glory of our careless ancestors entered the history of our people, and the names of our national heroes are immortalized in the memorial books “Memory” and “Glory”.
