A TRAINING COURSE ON ENERGY DIPLOMASY WAS HELD
On October 29, 2025, the training course titled “The Significance and Influential Role of Energy Diplomacy in the System of International Relations, the Main Directions of Turkmenistan’s Energy Diplomacy, and its Successful Implementation” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The training course was conducted by R.Akmyradow, a lecturer of the Department of International Relations and the Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. During the course, the lecturer discussed the enhancing importance of energy diplomacy in maintaining global stability, promoting cooperation among nations, and supporting sustainable development. He emphasized that Turkmenistan’s energy diplomacy plays a crucial role in achieving the country’s foreign policy goals, particularly in strengthening international partnerships and ensuring reliable energy relations. It was also noted that the main directions of Turkmenistan’s energy diplomacy focus on expanding constructive dialogue, improving the legal and economic framework for energy cooperation, and developing environmentally sustainable energy strategies.
The training course concluded with an engaging discussion, which students asked questions about Turkmenistan’s achievements in the field of energy diplomacy and its contribution to the global energy dialogue and received accurate and comprehensive answers. Participants expressed their appreciation for the informative and inspiring nature of the lecture.
