Consecutive round of training sessions on Sustainable Development Goals has begun
Consecutive round of training sessions has begun at the sports schools under the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan, which is organized by the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in accordance with the agreed program for the 2020-2021 academic year. Speeches by the representatives of the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, Caspian Institute of Turkmenistan, Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection of Turkmenistan on the 3rd, 4th, 6th and 13th Sustainable Development Goals are planned.
On March 15, 2021 at the School for training young Olympians under the Ministry of Sports and Youth Policy of Turkmenistan a training session on Sustainable Development Goal 3 Good Health and Well-being was held with the participation of representatives of the Scientific and Methodological Center for Sustainable Development Goals and the Ministry of Healthcare and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan as well as teachers and students of the same school. During the session, a wide-ranging discussion was held on the benefits of consistently leading a healthy lifestyle, regularly exercising, doing various sports, and more. Moreover, internationally significant work carry out under the wise leadership of our highly esteemed President in the field of healthcare, including establishment of sports schools, special parks and other important facilities, which are commissioned in all parts of the country, were particularly noted. At the end of the session, the participants expressed their gratitude to our Hero Arkadag for the wonderful opportunities created.
