The Third Phase of the Specialized Training Center “Diplomatic Protocol” Has Been Successfully Completed
On October 23, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, a ceremony was held to award special certificates to specialists who successfully completed the specialized training center called “Diplomatic Protocol”. This is another clear statement of the positive results of the important decisions taken on the expansion of Turkmenistan's diplomatic participation in world affairs under the reasonable leadership of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the training and strengthening of specialists of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
This specialized training center was solemnly opened on February 18 of this year - the Day of Diplomatic workers of Turkmenistan. So far, three phases of the specialized training center have been successfully completed. The third round was launched on September 2, 2024, and the participants attended the scientific and long-term lessons of the leaders of the missions of foreign countries and international organizations in our country, representatives of the national diplomatic service, and mentor diplomats.
Special certificates of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan were solemnly awarded to the specialists who successfully completed the training of the specialized training center titled “Diplomatic Protocol”. They expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero Arkadag, the Esteemed Prezident Arkadagly Hero Serdar, for paying special attention to the issues of improving the work of the diplomatic service of the country, and assured that they will spare no effort in successfully solving the tasks set in the future.
