IV Phase of the "Diplomatic Protocol" Specialized Training Center Has Been Completed
On December 28, 2024, a ceremony was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to award special certificates to participants who successfully completed the specialized Training Center called "Diplomatic Protocol". This is a clear statement of the positive results of the important decisions taken on the expansion of the diplomatic participation of Turkmenistan in international relations as well as improvement of the training and strengthening of specialists of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
This specialized training center was solemnly opened on February 18, 2024 - the Day of Diplomatic Staff of Turkmenistan. Since then, four phases of the specialized Training Center have been successfully completed. During two months, the participants of IV round attended the lessons based on the scientific and long-term experience of the heads of the missions of foreign countries and international organizations in our country, representatives of the national diplomatic service of Turkmenistan, and mentor diplomats of our Institute.
Special certificates of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan were solemnly awarded to participants who successfully completed the specialized Training Center called "Diplomatic Protocol". The lessons on the national diplomatic protocol and etiquette help participants to increase their knowledge and experience in their works.
