SPECIALIZED TRAINING CENTER “DIPLOMATIC PROTOCOL” AWARDED CERTIFICATES
On February 26, 2026, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a ceremony to present special certificates to specialists who successfully completed the latest round of short-term courses at the “Diplomatic Protocol” specialized training center. The certificates were awarded to diplomats and specialists serving in the country’s foreign service, as well as in diplomatic missions, consular offices, and permanent missions to international organizations abroad, who participated in this session of the specialized training center. This event is a clear manifestation of the active foreign policy pursued under the wise leadership of our Esteemed President, as well as the positive results of crucial decisions made regarding the training of specialists for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Special certificates were solemnly presented to the professionals who successfully completed the curriculum of the “Diplomatic Protocol” specialized training center. The training sessions at the center were conducted by experienced diplomats with many years of service in the country’s diplomatic corps, as well as by the professor-teaching staff of the Institute. Participants expressed their heartfelt gratitude to the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Hero-Arkadag, and to Arkadagly Hero Serdar for the special attention given to improving the activities of the country’s diplomatic service, and they pledged to spare no effort in successfully fulfilling the tasks set before them in the future.
In the global arena, it is essential to improve the system of training high-level diplomatic personnel capable of representing the interests of the country in accordance with international standards. Thus, the operation of the “Diplomatic Protocol” specialized training center at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan enhances the research and intellectual potential of this leading higher educational institution. It is worth noting that this specialized training center was ceremonially opened on February 18, 2024 — the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan.
