Brain-Ring Contest on the Occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Workers
On February 17, 2022, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organized a brain-ring contest on the occasion of the Day of Diplomatic Workers of Turkmenistan. The contest was held with the participation of students groups from the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, the International University for the Humanities and Development and the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after D.Azadi. Participants competed in the following themes: “Peace-loving humanitarian policy is Turkmenistan's national diplomatic principle”, “International Initiatives and Resolutions of Turkmenistan”, “History and prospects of transport and energy diplomacy of our country”, “Turkmenistan is a reliable partner of the United Nations”. The juries of the contest were Narine Saakyan, Permanent Representative of the United Nations Development Program in Turkmenistan, Philip Saprykin, Deputy Head of the United Nations Regional Center for Preventive Diplomacy for Central Asia and Nurberdi Amanmyradov, counselor of the Department of European countries of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan.
According to the results of the brain-ring contest the students of the International University forthe Humanities and Development won the first place, the students of the Magtymguly Turkmen State University won the second place and the students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan won the third place. Ayjemal Orazberdiyeva, a student of Turkmen State University named after Magtymguly, was nominated as “A student with the best performance”. The winners and participants of the competition were presented with diplomas and valuable gifts prepared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan jointly with the National Red Crescent Society of Turkmenistan.
