A BRIEFING ENTITLED "DIALOGUE - THE GUARANTEE OF PEACE" WAS HELD
On November 28, 2025, the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan hosted a briefing entitled “Dialogue – a Guarantee of Peace” on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent Neutrality. It was attended by young teachers and students selected from higher education institutions of the country as well as the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, who will volunteer, translate and advocate at the high-level forum to be held on the occasion of the International Year of Peace and Trust.
The speakers at the briefing noted the peaceful and humanitarian foreign policy of our country, its importance in ensuring peace, security and sustainable development at the regional and global levels, and the high-level forum to be held on the International Day of Neutrality. In particular, it was emphasized that volunteers should act not only as guides to foreign guests, but also as cultural messengers of our country. Moreover, volunteer youth will gain extensive experience in international relations and diplomacy, international journalism and diplomatic protocol at this forum.
The briefing helped to further increase the knowledge of the younger generation about the principles of Turkmen Neutrality and its importance in further developing the international reputation of our Motherland.
