PROJECTS PUT FORWARD BY INDIA TO ACTIVATE “NORTH-SOUTH” TRANSPORT CORRIDOR
These days the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan organizes training sessions with the participation of the Ambassadors of Turkmenistan who represent our Motherland in different countries of the world.
On December 23, 2022, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of India Shalar Geldinazarov delivered a lecture on transport diplomacy at the Educational Center for the Priority Areas of Diplomacy of Turkmenistan of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The lecture was attended by the students of the Institute.
During the lecture, the diplomat told about the experience gained within the framework of Turkmen-Indian relations, the current state of cooperation and the tasks ahead in developing bilateral relations in the future. In addition, the Ambassador focused on the efforts of Turkmenistan and relations between Turkmenistan and the Republic of India in the political, trade-economic, transport-communication, science-education, cultural-humanitarian fields.
At the end of the training session, the participants had a chance to ask questions of their interest in the diplomatic field. The session gave wide opportunities for further developing their diplomatic skills and gain priceless experience.
