EXCITING TOURS FOR INTERNATIONAL GUESTS
On May 12, 2025, as part of the International Scientific-Practical Conference “Foreign Policy and Diplomacy of Turkmenistan: Cooperation for the Sake of Peace, Safety and Sustainable Development” and II International Competition “International Relations: The Culture of Peaceful Dialogue”, a cultural tour was organized for the participants to visit the State Museum of the Cultural Center of Turkmenistan and the National Carpet Museum of Turkmenistan.
During the tour, the guests visited the State Museum of the Cultural Center of Turkmenistan, where they explored valuable exhibits reflecting the glorious history of the Turkmen people. The tour then continued at the National Carpet Museum, where guests learned about the history of exquisite Turkmen carpets that celebrate the nation’s rich cultural heritage. They were especially impressed by the delicately woven wool and silk carpets by the Turkmen women, traditional clothing, and the traditional white yurt.
This cultural program left unforgettable impressions on the international participants. They had an opportunity to get closely acquainted with Turkmenistan’s historical and artistic treasures and shared their positive impressions during friendly conversations.
