Brain-ring competition among freshmen
On March 6, 2023, the JEOPARDY competition was held among the 1st year students of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, organized by the Department of World Languages in the framework of the English Language Week.
Brain-ring consisted of five categories: grammar, vocabulary, phrasal verbs and word combinations, art and literature, and random questions. Contest was so exciting. The asked questions were not easy to answer and they required deep knowledge of the English language, much memory and quickness. There wasn’t much difference of scores between teams.
According to the results of the competition, the team of the students of the Faculty of International Law became the winners, the second place was taken by the students of the Faculty of International Journalism, the third place - students of the Faculty of International Relations and the fourth place was given to the Faculty of International Economic Relations.
