Winners of the creative competition
On September 10, 2024, in the Center of Public Organizations of Turkmenistan, the Central Council of the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly and the editorial office of the “Karakum” magazine jointly announced the awarding ceremony of the winners of the creative contest “Thousand senses, thousand meanings, the light of hearts - the Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi”. In this competition a 3rd-year student of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Atamyrat Yazveliyev won the first prize and, a 1st-year student of the same Faculty Baynazar Baikhanov won the second place.
A number of young people working in various professions and improving their reading skills took part with their poems and stories in the contest held on the occasion of the 300th anniversary of the birth of our wise poet Magtymguly Fragi. The best of the works submitted to the competition, including the works of the winning students of the Turkmen National School of Diplomacy, were published in the next issue of the “Karakum” magazine.
Certificates of honor and valuable gifts were presented to the winners of the competition. The winner youth got a chance to express their heartly pride on the leading TV channels. Therefore, the fact that our current year is called the “The Fount of Wisdom Magtymguly Fragi” indicates a festive atmosphere. In the truest sense of the word, this creative competition also inspired the youth to create perfect works that speak of the literary legacy of Magtymguly Fragi, who is considered the Poet of all times and ages.
