In 2013 he graduated from the International Turkmen-Turkish University in International Relations and Diplomacy.
Since 2014, he has been working as a lecturer in the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Since 2020, he also works as a Dean of the Faculty of International Relations of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, and a lecturer in the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy.
Courses taught: Diplomatic Protocol and Protocol Service, International Organizations, International Dialogue, Preventive Diplomacy, Important Issues in Modern International Relations.
