WEBINAR WAS HELD ON THE TOPIC «THE THEORY OF COMPETITIVENESS»
On April 16, 2025, a webinar on the topic «The Theory of Competitiveness» was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, in accordance with the Conception of the Activities and Priorities of Turkmenistan within the framework of the International Year of Peace and Trust.
The webinar was featured by Mahrijemal Mamedova, senior lecturer at the Department of International Economic Relations of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Teachers and students from higher and secondary vocational educational institutions of Turkmenistan participated in the webinar via digital platform. During the webinar, discussions were held on topics such as the diversification of export potential of Turkmenistan, the industrial processing sector, import-substituting and export-oriented competitive industrial enterprises.
Additionally, the webinar highlighted the example of the national pavilion of Turkmenistan at «EXPO-2025», showcasing the innovative models of goods and services produced by the national economy that demonstrate the country’s competitiveness on a global stage.
The ideas expressed about the importance and goals of competitiveness in achieving economic growth had a significant impact on the students who attended the webinar.
