PRESS CONFERENCE HELD IN ASHGABAT BEFORE THE «ARKADAG» - «AL-NASSR» MATCH
On February 10, a press conference with coaches and players of «Arkadag» and «Al-Nassr» football clubs was held at the Olympic Stadium in the Ashgabat Olympic Complex. A media group consisting of students from higher educational institutions of our country, including the students of the Faculty of International Journalism of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan took part in the conference. Journalists arriving to cover the event asked questions concerning the teams' preparation for the upcoming match.
Representatives of «Arkadag» FC answered the questions regarding their preparation and the significance of the game, during the meeting with local and foreign media.
It was noted that the National Leader of the Turkmen people and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, reviewed the readiness for the match, emphasizing the importance of hosting the event at the highest organized level.
Media representatives also inquired about the impressions of guests in our country, as well as their expectations to the game. Both clubs were ambitious about victory and they noticed high level preparation of their opponents.
The «Arkadag» - «Al-Nassr» playoff match will be held on February 11 in Ashgabat within the framework of the AFC Champions League 2.
