AN IMPRESSIVE WEBINAR DEDICATED TO THE PERMANENT NEURTALITY OF TURKMENISTAN
On March 14, 2025, the webinar entitled “Turkmenistan's Permanent Neutrality from the Perspective of World Experience” was held at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan. The webinar was led by Chary Niyazov, Associate Professor and Senior Lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, Ph.D. in Technology, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Turkmenistan, Master diplomat of Turkmenistan. Students from all higher educational institutions and secondary vocational schools of our country participated in the lecture online.
Chary Niyazov, a senior diplomat who made his career in diplomacy, gave an interesting webinar to the participants about the peaceful foreign policy of our country at the international level, the principles of Permanent Neutrality, the initiatives of our state, their importance and tasks facing young diplomats in their future careers. During the webinar, the senior diplomat mentioned that the Neutral Legal Status of our independent state, which was recognized twice by the United Nations General Assembly, became the basis of the main domestic and foreign policy of Turkmenistan. Moreover, he emphasized that neutrality is one of the most important parts for the provision of dynamic development of the economy and constant improvement of the quality of people’s lives. The webinar was very important in educating and training young specialists in the field of international relations and other fields.
The webinar of the professional diplomat of our country will contribute to gaining experience for all students and lecturers.
